Treatments for Orbital Decompression
Orbital decompression is a surgical procedure that treats Graves’ orbitopathy (thyroid eye disease) or proptosis (bulging eyes). Dr. Ramesh uses an advanced, trans-eyelid, scarless technique to move the eyeball back into the socket while reducing the risk of double vision and other complications associated with traditional surgeries. The results of orbital decompression can be enhanced with facial fat injections, eyelid lifts, and other procedures.
Dr. Ramesh offers a wide range of non-surgical treatments, such as skin resurfacing, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin). The neuromodulators and dermal fillers can soften dynamic wrinkles, facial wrinkles, and fine lines and reverse the signs of aging on the face. And skin resurfacing techniques, such as laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and microneedling, can address facial scars, pigmentation problems, and textural irregularities.
